Who we are
Total Lenyenye is operated by Dr Rathete & Associates CC (registration number 2008/243837/23), an independent TotalEnergies dealer at Erf 1921 Lenyenye-A, corner of Main and Industrial Streets, Lenyenye, Tzaneen, Limpopo. The Samwell On The Go kitchen and shop on site is run by Samwell On The Go (Pty) Ltd. Each company is the responsible party for the personal information it processes.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries: your name, e-mail, phone number and message when you contact us, so that we can reply.
- Fleet and account customers: the contact and company details needed to open and run a prepaid account, record deposits and fill-ups, and send monthly statements.
- Job applicants: the information in your CV, to consider you for work.
- On site: card payments are processed by our bank and card providers; we do not store full card numbers. CCTV operates on the forecourt and in the shop for safety, security and loss prevention.
This website
This website has no forms that store your information and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The fleet enquiry form only opens an e-mail in your own mail app. The map is loaded from OpenStreetMap and fonts from Google Fonts, which receive your IP address when the page loads.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to provide our services (for example, our bank, payment and IT service providers, and our accountants), or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax and accounting records). CVs are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. E-mail the Information Officer at accounts@totallenyenye.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep personal information safe, and limit access to the people who need it.
